What we do

Five jobs and a contract, all of it on the units in your flat. Every one is priced per indoor unit, and you get that price before we come.

  • General servicing

    Filter, coil and drainage cleaned. The regular one.

  • Chemical wash

    For a unit that has stopped cooling properly or has started to smell.

  • Chemical overhaul

    The heavy job. The unit comes apart and is cleaned through.

  • Gas top-up

    For a unit that runs but no longer cools.

  • Repairs

    Dripping, noisy, tripping the breaker, or not switching on at all.

  • Quarterly service contracts

    An agreed set of units, billed every quarter, same technician every visit.

Parts are quoted separately.

Contract customers are billed every quarter.

Four people. Two vans.

That is the whole company. Whoever is standing at your door works here, and has done for years.

No subcontractors, ever.

  • All our own staff

    Two vans and four technicians. Nobody we called this morning, nobody you have not paid to be there.

  • Five years, minimum

    All four have been with us at least five years. They have seen your model of unit many times.

  • The same technician every visit

    If you are on a contract, the person who knows your units is the person who comes back to them.

Where we go, when we're open

Two vans working the north and east. If you are outside that, ask us anyway and we will tell you straight away rather than waste your afternoon.

  • North and east of Singapore

    That is where the two vans work.

  • HDB flats and condos

    Wall-mounted split units, however many of them you have.

  • Anywhere else

    Ask. We would rather say no than turn up late.
