Tell us how many indoor units you have and what they are doing, and we will tell you which of these it is and what it costs per unit before anyone comes out.
The regular clean: filters out and washed, coil brushed down, drainage cleared and tested. This is the one most flats need a few times a year, and it is what a contract is built around.
A heavier intervention than a general service. The coil and drainage tray are treated in place with chemical solution. Usually the answer when a unit is still running but no longer cooling the room, or when there is a smell.
The unit comes off the wall and apart. Body, fan barrel, coil and tray are cleaned through and the unit is reassembled and tested. The heaviest job we do on an indoor unit.
For a unit that runs, blows, and does not cool. We check the system and top up the refrigerant. If it is losing gas rather than short of it, we tell you that instead of topping it up again in a month.
Dripping onto the floor, noisy fan, tripping the breaker, not switching on. We look at it first and tell you what it is and what it will cost before we do anything to it.
An agreed set of units on a set schedule, billed every quarter, with the same technician every visit. Written up before it starts so you know the per-unit price for the whole term.
Parts are quoted separately. Pay after the job is done, PayNow or cash.
You do not have to know. Tell us what it is doing and how many units, and we will say which job it is.
